Our Hyderabad office is in the Sabarimala Apartments, Flat 103. We’re right near the ECIL X Roads in South Kamala Nagar. It’s a pretty central spot in Kapra, so it’s easy for people to find us. Working out of an apartment building gives the office a very different vibe than a skyscraper. It’s more relaxed, and we know the other residents in the building. We’ve been here at Stup Consultants doing our thing for years. The day usually starts with checking the emails and then diving into whatever engineering problem is on the table. It’s a lot of technical work, so we try to keep the atmosphere light. We don’t have a dress code or anything like that. Just come in, do the job, and be decent to each other. The ECIL X Roads area is always buzzing, so there’s plenty of places to grab a quick bite. We like that we’re not in some isolated business park. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, and we have to take the stairs, but that’s just part of the charm. We’re just a bunch of professionals trying to get the details right on every project we take on. It’s a simple setup, but it’s ours, and we make it work every single day.
