Our office is over in Kondapur, located in the Casa Rouge building within Jubilee Gardens. We are up in Flat B-602. Kondapur is one of those areas that’s always growing, so there’s a lot of construction and new stuff popping up all the time. Our building is part of a larger plot between numbers 82 and 93. It’s a fairly quiet spot once you get inside, away from the dust and the noise of the main road. The office itself is just a regular apartment space that we use for our daily business tasks. We have a few rooms set up for different things, but mostly it’s just people at their laptops or on the phone. We don't have a polished corporate look with matching furniture or anything like that. It’s a bit more lived-in and practical. We find that this setup works better for us than a stiff office building in a high-tech park. We don't spend much time on fancy presentations about our values; we just try to get through our work list and keep things moving. There’s usually someone making tea in the kitchen or a conversation going on in the main room about a project. It’s a very casual atmosphere. Being in Jubilee Gardens is nice because it’s a bit more green than other parts of the city. We just do our thing and try to stay productive in our own way without making a big fuss about it.
