You can find Starfish Growth Partners Llp over at Plot No. 74 in Old Alwal. We are located near Loyola College in a place called Theanchorage Retreat Colony. It’s a bit further out in Secunderabad, which we actually prefer because it’s not as congested as the main city areas. The office is in a residential-style building, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a standard commercial block. We handle growth partnerships, which basically means we spend our days talking to people and trying to figure out how to help their businesses move forward. There’s no corporate hierarchy here; we just sit around the main table and work through whatever is on the agenda for the day. The colony is pretty quiet, mostly families and other small offices like ours. We’ve got a small outdoor area where we sometimes have coffee and talk things over. It’s a modest setup with just enough room for our team and some storage. We aren't really interested in having a fancy office with expensive furniture. We'd rather just have a space that works for us. Old Alwal has a nice community feel, and being near the college means there’s always some life around the neighborhood. We just show up every morning, do what needs to be done, and try to keep everything on track. It’s a decent way to earn a living without too much stress.
