Our office is tucked away on Road Number 12 in Banjara Hills, specifically in the MLA Colony area. It is Plot Number 272/A. If you know Hyderabad, you know that Road 12 is usually packed with cars, but once you turn into the colony, it gets a bit quieter. Srivijetha Engineers & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. has been running from this spot for a while now. We have a few rooms filled with drawings and stacks of site reports. It is not a shiny corporate building; it feels more like a lived-in space where actual work happens. The staff here mostly focuses on the technical side of engineering projects. We drink a lot of coffee and spend hours looking at spreadsheets. Sometimes we have to go out to the sites, which takes forever in this traffic. The walls are covered in some old maps and a few calendars that are usually a month behind. It’s a busy place but we don't really do the whole formal greeting thing. People just walk in, find who they need, and get to it. The monkeys from the trees nearby sometimes cause a bit of a stir on the balcony, which is always a distraction. We just handle the infrastructure side of things and try to stay on top of the schedules we’ve set for ourselves and the crews. It is a lot of paperwork and phone calls, but we get through it eventually.
