We are located at 2-188 in Shobana Colony, which is part of Akshya Enclave near the Old Airport in Balanagar. It is a bit of a mix of residential and small industrial bits around here. We have been operating Sri Sai Vaishnavi Engineering Pvt. Ltd. from this address for a while now. The area is quite busy because of the proximity to the old airport and the main roads in Balanagar. Our setup is not anything like those big corporate offices you see in the city center. It is more of a practical engineering space where we get things done. The building itself is just a regular structure in the colony. Most of our days are spent on the shop floor dealing with whatever engineering tasks are on the schedule. It can get a bit hectic when we have several things going at once. We do not really have a reception desk or a marketing person. Usually, if you walk in, you will just find someone working on a machine or looking over some plans. The neighbors in Akshya Enclave are used to us by now. It is a straightforward way to run a business. We focus on the engineering part and do not worry too much about the rest. Sometimes the power goes out or the street gets crowded, but we just keep working through it. It is a solid place to be for this kind of work, and we like the location.
