Sri Balaji Engineering Works

Our workshop, Sri Balaji Engineering Works, is located at Plot No. 59B in Phase-III of the IDA in Cherlapalli. If you’ve ever spent time in an industrial area, you know exactly what it’s like here. It is loud, busy, and there is always the smell of grease and metal in the air. We aren't tucked away in a fancy office building. Instead, we are right on the shop floor most of the day, working with the machines and getting our hands dirty. The building itself is a standard industrial shed, nothing special to look at, but it’s where all the work happens. Cherlapalli is a huge place, and being in Phase-III means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. Usually, if someone comes by, they just walk into the main area and find one of us. We spend our hours fixing parts, welding, or figuring out how to get a machine running again. It’s hard work and the days can be long, especially when it gets hot inside the shed. We don’t use fancy words to describe what we do. We just take the jobs as they come and try to get them done right. Sometimes we have to wait on parts to arrive, which can be frustrating, but that is just how the engineering business goes. It’s a gritty, real place where we focus on the task at hand and ignore the noise.
