Our office is on the ground floor of Block 2 in the Cyber Pearl building. Being in Hitech City, specifically in Madhapur, means we’re right in the middle of everything. It’s a very busy part of Hyderabad, and there’s always a lot of energy around. Sri Advisory Partners (India) Llp has been based here for some time. Even though Cyber Pearl is a well-known spot, we try to keep our own office feeling a bit more personal. It’s not just a maze of cubicles. We have a simple setup where we can actually talk to each other without shouting over partitions. We spend most of our time looking at data and talking to partners. It’s steady work, and we don’t try to make it sound more glamorous than it is. We mostly just focus on giving sensible advice and making sure our paperwork is in order. The walk from the main gate to Block 2 is where we usually catch up on the day’s news. We don't have any flashy slogans or big mission statements on the walls. We just have our desks and our work. It’s a decent environment, but we keep it friendly. Most of us have been in this industry long enough to know that being honest and showing up on time is what actually matters. We’re just a group of people doing our jobs in Madhapur and trying to keep everything on track.
