S.R.Engineers

You can find S.R.Engineers over on the second floor at 5-5-52 in Ranigunj. Ranigunj is a busy hub for all sorts of mechanical and industrial parts, so we are right in the middle of everything. It’s not the easiest place to find if you’re not looking for it, but we’ve been here long enough that people know the way. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit narrow, so moving equipment up and down is always a bit of a chore. Our office and workshop space is pretty practical. We have some desks for the drawing and paperwork, and then the rest is taken up by tools and machine parts. It gets pretty loud during the day with all the traffic outside and the work going on in the neighboring shops. We don't have a big corporate structure here. It’s just a few of us who know our way around engines and mechanical parts. We spend a lot of time looking at blueprints or trying to figure out why a certain piece isn't fitting right. Sometimes we’re out visiting clients at their factories, so the shop might be empty for a few hours. We don't really do the whole professional marketing thing. We just rely on the fact that we’ve been doing this a long time and know the industry well. It’s hard work and the grease never really comes out of your fingernails, but we like it.
