Sree Ram Engineering Works

Down at D. No. 1-130 on Pipe Line Rd. in Fathenagar, you will find our shop. Sree Ram Engineering Works is usually covered in a thin layer of iron dust and some grease here and there. That is just how it goes when you are working with metal and machines all day long. We have a few lathes and other tools scattered across the floor. It can feel a bit cramped, especially when we have a big project that takes up all the space in the middle of the room. The sound of grinding metal is pretty much constant while we are open. We have no air conditioning in the shop, so we just leave the big front doors wide open to catch whatever breeze comes off Pipe Line Rd. It gets a bit dusty from the traffic, but it helps keep the temperature down a little. Fathenagar is a busy area for workshops like ours. Trucks move parts back and forth and people shout over the noise. We spend a lot of our time measuring metal and making sure everything fits together like it should. Some of our machines are older than the people working here, but they still do a good job if you treat them right. We drink a lot of tea to stay going. It is not a quiet place and it is not clean, but it is where we do our work. We just focus on the engineering tasks we have for the day. No marketing here, just people with dirty hands getting things done.
