Spikkar Physiotherapy Clinic

Our physiotherapy clinic is located at 8-3-944/13 Srinivas Nivas in the Nagarjuna Nagar area of Begumpet. It’s a bit of a residential spot, so it’s quieter than the main commercial roads. We have a few rooms set up with mats, tables, and some basic exercise equipment like bands and weights. I started this place because I wanted to help people move better. Most of our day is spent working with folks who have back pain or are recovering from some kind of injury. It involves a lot of stretching and showing people how to do their exercises correctly. We aren’t a fancy gym with high-tech gadgets; it’s more about the hands-on work. The walls are a simple color and we have some posters showing the muscles of the body. We keep a logbook for appointments, and sometimes the phone rings off the hook while we are in the middle of a session. It’s just a few of us working here. We know the neighbors in Nagarjuna Nagar pretty well. Sometimes we have to move the furniture around to make more space for the exercises. It’s a humble place, but it gets the job done. We drink a lot of tea between sessions and talk about how the traffic in Begumpet is getting worse. It’s a steady, honest kind of life we have here at the clinic. We just take it one patient at a time.
