Southern Diamond Products Pvt. Ltd. is based over in Khairadabad at 6-2-996/16A. It is a bit of a maze back here in these streets but we like the location. We have been working with diamond tools and products for a long time. It’s precise work and it takes a lot of patience. Our building isn't the newest on the block, but it serves us well. Inside, we have our equipment set up for making and checking our products. We aren't a big corporate office with people in suits. Most of us are in work clothes because we are actually making things. Khairadabad is a central spot, which helps when we need to ship things out. We see a lot of the same faces coming through our doors, mostly people in the stone or construction trades. We don't do much in the way of big announcements or fancy sales pitches. We just let the products speak for themselves. If they work well, people come back. If there is a problem, we fix it. That is how we have always done things. It’s a bit noisy sometimes with the machines going, but that is the sound of work. We try to keep our prices fair so we can keep the business going and our staff employed. We’ve had some good years and some tough ones, but we are still here doing what we know.
