Sneha Tool & Engineering Works

Sneha Tool and Engineering Works is located on Pipeline Road over in the Fathenagar area. We are right near the Ganesh Temple, so we hear the bells ringing pretty often, which is a nice background to the work. Our shop is at S. No. 1-106/A. It’s a busy spot with plenty of traffic passing by on the main road. We do a lot of tool work and general engineering tasks here. The space is filled with metal scraps and various machines that we use every day. It’s not the cleanest place, but we know where every wrench and bolt is kept. Most of our customers are locals who need something fixed or a specific tool made up for them. We spend a lot of time bent over the workbenches. The air usually smells a bit like oil and cut metal. Fathenagar is a crowded neighborhood, so there is always something going on outside our door. Sometimes we have to move our work outside if the piece is too big for the shop floor. It’s just me and a couple of others helping out. We don't have a website or anything like that, we just stay busy with the work that comes in. We try to be helpful and get things done when we say we will. It’s a basic life, but it works for us here near the temple. We just take things one job at a time.
