You can find Smk Engineers over at D.No: 5-55/673. We are located on Dulapally Road in the Phase-5 Extension area of Ida Jeedimetla. It’s an area that has grown a lot lately. We’ve seen more shops and small factories popping up every year since we arrived. Our place isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s just a solid building where we get the engineering work done. Most of us have been working with our hands since we were kids. We don't really know how to do anything else. We spend the day looking at blueprints or fixing bits of machinery that have stopped working. It’s a lot of trial and error sometimes. We don't have a team of people in suits. We just wear what’s comfortable for working around grease and metal. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, and we just sit around and talk until it comes back on. That’s just life in Jeedimetla. We don't have a website that’s updated or anything like that. If people want to talk to us, they usually just show up or give us a call on the landline. We like it that way. It keeps things simple. We don't try to compete with the big guys. We just handle the jobs that come our way and try to keep the local businesses running. It’s a decent living and we enjoy the work we do here. It's mostly quiet work, except for the grinders.
