SJ Consulting Private Limited operates out of Flat 305 in the Radhakrishna Residency. If you know the Serilingampally area, you know it is a mix of homes and small businesses like ours. We are tucked away in SY No.445, and it feels more like a community than a sterile business park. There are days when the parking is a bit of a squeeze, but that is just how things are around here in K.V.Rangareddy. Inside the office, it is pretty straightforward. We have some desks, a few chairs that have seen better days, and plenty of paperwork. We are not trying to be the biggest company in Telangana, just a reliable one that does its job. Most of our mornings start with a quick chat about what needs to be finished before lunch. It is quiet enough to get things done but close enough to the main roads that we do not feel isolated. The residency is a nice place to be based. We have got neighbors who are just as busy as we are. Sometimes we run into people in the hallway and swap stories about the local weather or the latest roadwork. We do not have a dedicated reception desk or anything too formal. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. It is a very hands-on environment. We focus on the consulting work we have in front of us without making a big fuss about it.
