Site Engineer

Suresh Babu works out of Sre Ramakrishna Nilaem in New Colony, which is right in the middle of Miyapur. If you know the area, it is flat number 180. Living and working in Hyderabad 49 means dealing with a lot of noise and people moving around all the time. Our office is not really an office in the corporate sense. It is more of a home base where we store our measurement tapes, helmets, and stacks of blueprints that never seem to stay organized. Most of the day is spent fighting through the traffic to reach different sites around the city. We are usually back late in the evening to finish up the paperwork. It gets pretty hectic around here, especially when the rains start and every site gets messy. We don't bother with fancy slogans or professional marketing. We just show up and do the engineering work that needs doing. Sometimes the neighbors wonder why we have so many people coming in and out with dusty shoes, but that is just part of the job. There is always a pot of tea going and some snacks on the table if things get slow. It is a practical way to run a business, keeping things simple and close to where we live. We know the local shops and the shortcuts through the colony like the back of our hand. It is just us working here, trying to keep up with the schedules and making sure everything is built right.
