Site Engg.,Cad Designer

We run Site Engg. and our CAD design work from Flat 202 in the Sundaram Residency. It’s located in Bhagyanagar Colony in Kukatpalli. Working out of an apartment makes it easy to keep things focused and personal. We have our computers set up for all the CAD drawings and a big table for looking at the larger prints. Kukatpalli is a lively area, and being in the residency means we’re close to a lot of the projects we work on. We do both the on-site engineering and the digital design work right here. It’s a lot of sitting and clicking, then a lot of standing and measuring. We don't have a big corporate sign or anything, just our name on the door. People usually call us when they need a drawing turned into something real on the ground. We try to keep things simple and explain the technical parts in plain English. Sometimes the computers act up or a site visit gets rained out, but we just handle it as it comes. We aren't fancy people. We just like the logic of engineering and seeing a design come to life. Most of the time, our balcony is where we take a break and look out at the colony. It’s a good setup for the kind of work we do, and we’re happy to be part of the neighborhood for all these years.
