Shipchandler & Company

Shipchandler & Company is located at 347 in Dwarakapuri Colony, over in the Panjagutta area. Even though we aren't right by the water, we’ve been involved in the shipping supply business for quite a while. Our office is in a quiet part of the colony, which is a nice break from the main road traffic. We deal with all sorts of supplies that ships might need, from food and water to engine parts and deck equipment. It’s a lot of logistics to manage. We spend our days talking to vendors and making sure we can get the right items to the ports on time. The office is usually cluttered with catalogs and price lists from different suppliers. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just a few of us who know the shipping industry inside and out. We’ve been at this address for many years now, and the building has seen better days, but it’s home to us. We don't spend money on marketing or fancy signs. Most of our work comes from people who have known us for decades. It can be a bit of a headache when a ship is docking and they need something urgently, but we’ve learned how to handle the pressure over the years. We just take it one day at a time, making sure the orders are accurate and the deliveries are moving toward the docks as they should be.
