Shilpa Engineering

Shilpa Engineering is situated at Plot No. 4/2A on Road No. 16 in the Nacharam Ida. This part of town is full of factories and workshops, so there is always a lot of noise and movement around us. Our place is one of the older units on this road. We have a lot of heavy machinery that takes up most of the floor space. It is quite hot inside during the afternoon, and the smell of oil and metal is something you just stop noticing after a while. We work on different engineering parts and components for various clients. The team is small, and everyone has their own spot on the shop floor. We have been operating from Nacharam for a long time, so we have seen a lot of neighbors come and go. The gate needs a bit of oil because it squeaks every time someone opens it. We do not have a fancy office for meetings; we usually just talk out on the floor or near the entrance where it is a bit cooler. We just get the work done without making a fuss about it. There is a lot of manual work involved, and we are often tired by the end of the shift. It is just a regular engineering shop doing its best to keep up with the orders that come in. We try to keep the machines running and the floor as clear as possible.
