If you look up at 901 in Leela Nagar, that’s where we are. Being in Begumpet means the traffic is always a bit of a nightmare, but we’ve gotten used to the Hyderabad noise over the years. Shantitronix Pvt Ltd isn't some glass-tower tech company. It’s just us in a decent-sized office trying to make sense of the projects we have on our plates. There’s a lot of wires and testing equipment scattered around the benches. Sometimes it feels like we spend more time looking for a specific screwdriver than actually working on the boards. The elevator in the building can be a bit slow in the mornings, so some of us just take the stairs if we’re feeling energetic. We have a small pantry where the coffee is usually too strong, but it keeps everyone going through the afternoon slump. Most of the people working here have been around for a long time, so we’re like a small family that complains about the same things every day. We don't really have a big marketing team or anyone to make us look polished. We just do the technical stuff and hope the components arrive on time from the suppliers. It gets pretty hot in the summer, and the air conditioning struggles a bit, but we manage. It’s just a normal workplace with real people doing their best.
