Service Engineer

I am Ravi Kumar, working as a service engineer out of Murad Nagar in Hyderabad. My office is on the 3rd floor of house number 12-2-113. It is right near the Siddiq Mosque, so it is a very easy landmark to find if you are in the neighborhood. Hyderabad is a massive city, and being an engineer means I am usually out on the road more than I am sitting at my desk. But this is where the tools are kept and where the paperwork gets finished. The third floor is a bit of a climb, but the view of the street is okay. I handle a lot of different repair and maintenance jobs. People call when something breaks, and I go out to fix it. It is not a glamorous job. My hands are usually dirty and I spend a lot of time looking at manuals or fixing wiring. Murad Nagar is a busy area, so there is always something going on downstairs. I share the space with a few others sometimes, but mostly it is just my base of operations. I have been doing this for a while now in the AP region. It is about being reliable and showing up when people have a problem. I don't have a secretary or anything. You just call and we figure out a time for me to come by.
