Venktech Engineering

Venktech Engineering is based at Plot No 274 in Doyens Township, Serilingampally. It is an interesting spot because the township has a mix of residential areas and these small industrial plots. We try to keep the noise down during the odd hours so we don't bother the neighbors too much. Our daily routine involves a lot of precision work on different engine parts and structural pieces. The shop floor is not very big, but we have organized it so that we can move around easily between the saws and the welding stations. My brother and I started this place together, and we still do a lot of the hands-on work ourselves. We have three helpers who come in from the nearby village every morning. Serilingampally has become very crowded lately, so the traffic on the way to the plot can be a real pain in the evenings. We usually keep some spare parts in the cupboards just in case a customer needs a quick fix for a common machine. We don't have a website or any of that, we just rely on the fact that we have been here for years and people know where to find us. Sometimes we have to work on Sundays if a project is running behind, but usually, we like to take that day off to rest. The office is just a small cabin with a couple of plastic chairs and a lot of old catalogs.
