Unique Engineering Constructions

Our office is in Flat No. 402 at Dayakamal Towers, which is tucked into Padmaja Colony over in Kharkhana. Unique Engineering Constructions isn't some giant firm with hundreds of employees; we are just a group of people who know how to build things. Being on the fourth floor gives us a bit of a view of the colony, though we spend most of our time looking at blueprints or out at actual job sites. The colony is usually pretty calm, which helps when we need to focus on technical drawings or figure out material costs. We've got a lot of files piled up and the computers are always humming. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We deal with the nuts and bolts of construction every day. Sometimes clients come up to discuss their plans, and we just sit around the table and go through the details step by step. It’s a lot of practical talk about bricks, cement, and timelines. We don't go in for fancy presentations. We just explain how things are going to get built and what the steps are. Kharkhana is a good base for us because we can get to different parts of the city fairly easily from here. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s about getting the structures right and making sure the engineering is solid without making a big fuss about it. We stay busy with the technical side and let the finished projects show what we can do.
