You can find Schenkar India Pvt Ltd up on the 4th floor of the Srinath Comm Cplx. We occupy units D 4, 5, and 6, right there near Taj Mahal Road on S D Road. It’s a central spot, which means it’s always crowded and parking is usually a bit of a nightmare. Our office is where the logistics side of things happens. It’s mostly just people on computers and phones all day long. We deal with a lot of international and local shipping stuff, so there’s a constant stream of emails coming in at all hours. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place with desks, some old filing cabinets, and a lot of coffee mugs. We’ve been in this complex for a while, so we know the other businesses on S D Road pretty well. It gets a bit stuffy in the afternoons, but we just keep working through the lists. Everything is about timing and making sure the documents are right. Sometimes there are delays or things don't go as planned, and we just have to figure it out as we go. It’s a busy, practical environment where we focus on the task at hand. There’s no fancy lobby or anything, just our team trying to keep the freight moving smoothly from this little corner of the city. Usually, the elevator is full, so we take the stairs.
