Our office is inside the Vishnu Vihar Apartments which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a regular business spot. We are on the 3rd floor in Flat No 304 and the neighbors are mostly families who have lived in Kachiguda for years and years. It is a quiet place to work compared to the main road outside where the buses are always honking. We have turned the living room area into our main workspace where we track shipments and talk to our drivers about their routes. Most of the day is spent staring at screens or taking calls about where a truck is stuck in traffic or when a delivery might arrive. The kitchen area is mostly for making tea and keeping our lunch boxes cool during the summer months. It is a small team here so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything whether it is filing or moving small parcels around the room. We don’t have a big sign outside just a small board so people sometimes miss the turn into the apartment gates if they aren't looking closely. The building has an old feel to it but the stairs are easy enough to climb if the lift is busy or broken. We have been operating out of this flat for a while now and it suits the way we handle our logistics work without needing a lot of overhead. It is practical and we don't need much more than our phones and a reliable internet connection to keep the business moving.
