Satya Engineering & Constructions is based at H.No: 62/9, in the LIG 3rd Phase of K.P.H.B. Colony, Kukutpally. This part of Hyderabad is always growing, so there is plenty of work for an engineering and construction outfit like ours. We aren't a massive firm with hundreds of offices; we are just right here in the colony. Our office is basically a house that we’ve converted into a workspace. It’s comfortable and lets us focus on the technical side of construction without the distractions of a big corporate building. We spend a lot of time on sites, but this is where the planning happens. We don't use any fancy marketing slogans or try to sound more important than we are. We just know how to build things and how to manage engineering projects. The team here is local, and we understand the way things work in Kukutpally. It’s a lot of long hours and checking details, but that’s the nature of the job. We’ve lived and worked in this area for years, so we’ve seen the whole K.P.H.B. area change from the ground up. We are just happy to be a small part of that growth and keep doing our work quietly and properly. If you come by, the gate might be a bit sticky, but just give it a push. We are usually inside looking at blueprints or talking to the crew about the next day's plans.
