We are located in Attapur, right across from the lane where Usha Mohan Hospital is. If you look for Pillar Number 143, we are right there, basically next door to Balaji Sweet House. Sometimes people get confused by the busy street, but the sweet house is a good landmark to look for. It’s a physiotherapy clinic, so we have some mats, weights, and machines for exercises. The space isn't huge, but it’s enough for what we do. We help people who are recovering from injuries or have some back pain or stiff joints. It’s a lot of hands-on work and showing people how to move their bodies better. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud, especially near the pillar, but once you’re inside, we just focus on the therapy. We have a couple of treatment tables and some curtains for privacy if needed. It’s a pretty straightforward place. We aren't a big hospital, just a clinic for rehab stuff. Usually, one or two of us are here to help out with the exercises and stretches. Some days are packed with people and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the clock ticking on the wall. We don’t have a lot of fancy things, just the gear needed to get people moving again. If you’re coming in, just watch out for the traffic near the pillar. It’s a local spot and we like keeping it that way. We've been here for a bit now.
