Sandsco Real Estates

Our office for Sandsco Real Estates is located in the Afzia Towers in Begumpet. We are on the second floor, specifically units 1 to 5/E. It’s right in the Greenland area, which is a very busy part of Hyderabad. Being in a tower like this means we see a lot of different people every day. We’ve been working from this Begumpet location for quite some time now. The office is where we keep all our records and meet with people who are looking for commercial or residential spaces. Begumpet is a central spot, so it’s easy for people to reach us, though parking can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We don’t really do a lot of shouting about our services. We just keep our listings updated and talk to people honestly about what’s available. Most of our time is spent on the phone or sitting across from someone with a floor plan. We know the Greenland area well, along with the surrounding streets. It’s a professional environment but we try to keep things relaxed. We don’t use scripts or fancy sales talk. If a place has issues, we mention them. If it’s a good deal, we say that too. It’s a lot of coordination between owners and buyers. We just aim to be a steady presence here in the towers, helping out whoever walks through the door looking for a new space.
