Sampath Engineering Works

Sampath Engineering Works is located at No. 31/A Cie Gandhi Nagar in Balanagar. This is a real workshop. It’s loud, it’s dusty, and there’s always the smell of hot metal and oil in the air. We’ve got machines that have been with us for years. They might look old, but they work just fine. We do a lot of repairs and custom fabrication. It’s the kind of place where you have to watch where you step because there might be a piece of scrap or a tool on the floor. We aren't trying to be a clean-room facility. We get our hands greasy every single day. Balanagar is an industrial kind of area, so we fit right in. People bring us things that are broken or parts that need to be made from scratch. We don't have a fancy front office with an AC. We just have the shop floor and a small corner with a desk for the bills. We talk loud to be heard over the grinders. It’s hard work, and the heat can be tough in the afternoons. But there’s a certain satisfaction in fixing something that someone else said was finished. We take pride in just getting the job done right. We’ve been here a long time and the locals know where to find us. If you need something welded or a part turned on the lathe, you just come by No. 31/A. We don't always answer the phone right away because of the noise, so it’s usually better to just drop in.
