A. S. Computers is tucked away in the Reliance Communication Lane over in Saidabad. It’s a narrow lane, so it can be a bit tight if two cars try to pass each other, but it’s a good spot for us. We’ve been here long enough that most of the neighbors know who we are. We mainly deal with computer repairs and parts, though we end up doing a bit of everything tech-related. The shop isn't very big, and it’s usually piled high with boxes and old monitors that we keep for spare parts. It looks a bit cluttered to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything is. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. If you need something, you just come in and ask. We try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated. Most of our day is spent with a screwdriver in hand or staring at a bios screen. It’s quiet work for the most part, punctuated by the sounds of the street outside. We don't go for the big corporate image. We’re just local guys who know how to fix a PC. People in Saidabad seem to appreciate that we’re straightforward about what can and can’t be fixed. It’s a small operation, and we like keeping it that way because it means we can actually focus on the work itself. There’s a certain satisfaction in getting a dead machine running again by the end of the day.
