Sai Srinivasa Children'S Clinic

The clinic is right here across from Newtown High School. We get a lot of noise from the school bells and parents picking up their kids, which makes sense since we are a children's place. It’s a busy spot in Mothinagar, especially being so close to the Eseva office where people are always coming and going for their paperwork. The doctor started this place because kids in the neighborhood needed a regular spot to go when they have a fever or need their shots. We keep things pretty simple inside. There are some blue chairs and usually a few toys scattered around the floor because keeping toddlers still is an impossible task. It gets a bit crowded on Monday mornings after the weekend break. Sometimes the ceiling fans are a bit loud, but they keep the place cool enough for the patients. We’ve been here for a long time now, and we know most of the families who walk in through the door. You see the same faces year after year as the kids grow up. It isn’t a fancy hospital with shiny glass walls or expensive art. It’s just a clinic for when your child isn't feeling well or needs a quick check. We spend a lot of our time talking to parents about why their baby isn't sleeping or how to get a toddler to eat more vegetables. The address is easy to find if you know where the high school is. Most people just walk over after doing their work at the Eseva.
