Avi Children’s Clinic is located at H No 9-21 in Hanuman Nagar, right across from the Tirumala Function Hall in Uppal. Since we are a clinic for kids, the place is usually a bit louder than your average doctor’s office. You’ll often hear children crying or playing in the corner where we keep a few toys. We’ve got some colorful posters on the walls to make it look less like a sterile clinic, but it’s still a very functional space. We handle a lot of vaccinations, coughs, and typical childhood fevers. The location in Uppal is pretty convenient for parents living in Hanuman Nagar. We see a lot of the same families coming back as their kids grow up. Sometimes the Tirumala Function Hall across the street has big events, and the road gets really crowded, but we just keep doing our thing inside. Our desk is usually covered in papers and sticky notes because there is always something to keep track of. It’s a small team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything, from answering the phone to helping a parent with a stroller. We don't have any fancy waiting room amenities, just some chairs and the usual medical atmosphere. It’s a busy, sometimes messy, but honest place where we focus on looking after the kids who come through the door. We often have to clean up a stray toy or two from the floor between appointments.
