Sai Krishna Watch Centre

We have this little watch shop in Kukatpally, specifically in Sumitra Nagar. It’s Shop No 3 in the 4-27 building. We are quite close to the Kanakadurga Temple, which makes it easy to explain our location to people who aren't from this specific lane. Our days usually start with opening up the shutters and cleaning off the glass counters. It’s a relatively quiet spot compared to the big main roads nearby, but we still get plenty of regulars. People from around here bring in their old watches for us to look at. We also see a lot of wall clocks that have been in families for a long time. It’s interesting to see the different styles people keep in their homes. The shop isn't very big, just enough space for our workbenches and a few cases to show what we have. We don't have any big corporate plans or a marketing team. It’s just us doing the work every day. Sometimes the temple bells are quite loud, but it’s a nice sound to have while we are focusing on small watch parts. We’ve been in this spot for a while and we know most of the people who walk past our door. It’s a straightforward local business where we try to keep ourselves busy and fix whatever comes our way. If the ceiling fan starts squeaking, we just ignore it. That’s just part of the atmosphere here. We don't have any fancy displays, just the tools we need and the watches we work on.
