Recon Venetian Blinds

Our place is on the first floor at Srt 49 in Jawahar Nagar. If you know the Ashok Nagar 'X' Roads, we are just a short walk from there. Recon Venetian Blinds has been operating out of this upstairs space for a while now. Looking out the window, you can see the constant stream of traffic at the crossroads. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, especially when we’re carrying rolls of material or finished blinds. The room is usually full of long tables where we assemble everything by hand. There are strings and slats everywhere you look. It’s a bit organized chaos, I suppose. We don’t have a big sign out front, just a small one by the door. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they live nearby in Jawahar Nagar. We spend a lot of time with measuring tapes and tiny screws. It can be fiddly work, and your fingers get tired after a few hours of it. We don't have a fancy showroom, so customers usually just look at the sample books we have lying on the main table. The light in here is okay during the day, but we have some old fluorescent tubes for when it gets dark early. It’s just a simple setup where we get the job done. We aren't a big factory, just a small crew working on one window at a time.
