We aren't one of those new startups with beanbags and ping-pong tables. It’s a more traditional setup with sturdy desks and a lot of phone lines. Masab Tank is a great location because it’s so central, but it can be a bit of a headache to find parking sometimes. We’ve learned to deal with the quirks of an older building, like the occasional flickering light or the way the stairs creak. It gives the place character, I guess. We handle a lot of communication work, which mostly means we are on the phone or typing away all day. The team here has been together for a bit, so we work well without needing a lot of rules or corporate structures. We just know what needs to be done and we do it. It’s a very straightforward, local business. We like being in Telangana and specifically in this part of Hyderabad because it feels real. It’s not a polished tech park; it’s a living, breathing neighborhood where we just happen to run our company and deal with our daily tasks.
