We’ve been running Sahil Glass And Aluminium for a good while now at Shop No. 18-1-55/V/34 in Sayeedabad Colony. Our place is basically Shop No. 2 right on Sarswati Nagar Road No 1, so we are pretty easy to spot if you are walking by. Most of our days are spent cutting different types of glass and putting together aluminum frames for windows or doors. The shop can get a bit messy with all the metal scraps and glass dust, but that’s just part of doing this kind of work every day. We handle everything from simple window repairs to bigger jobs for local houses. If someone has a broken window or needs a new partition for their office, they usually just drop by to chat about it. It is a small, basic workshop without any fancy decorations. We have all our tools scattered around where we need them. Usually, it is just a couple of us working through the pile of orders we have for the week. You might see us unloading big sheets of glass from a truck or stacking aluminum sections out front. We have watched the neighborhood change over the years, but we just keep focusing on our work. It is simple and honest labor, really. We measure things, cut them to size, and make sure they fit where they are supposed to go. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when we are busy, but we always get the job done eventually.
