Megha Fibre Glass Industries Ltd.

Megha Fibre Glass Industries Ltd. is located at Plot No. 36 in Phase 1 of the IDA in Pashamylaram. It is out in Patancheru, which is a big industrial area with lots of factories. We spend most of our time on the shop floor dealing with fibre glass. It is dusty work and you definitely need to wear your gear. The plot is a decent size but it fills up fast when we have a big production run going. We have been out here in Pashamylaram for quite some years. It’s a long commute for some of us, but this is where the work is. We don't have a shiny glass office or a receptionist. Usually, if you come by, you will find us covered in dust or moving heavy molds around. The industrial estate is always humming with the sound of machines and trucks. We just focus on getting the pieces made right. It’s not the kind of job you do if you want to stay clean, but it is good honest labor. We follow the schedules and try to keep the machines running without too many breaks. Sometimes something breaks down and we have to spend the whole day fixing it. That is just part of being in an industry like this one. We are just a group of people making things in Patancheru and we try to get the orders out on time every week.
