The office is located in Rafi Complex at Mehdipatnam. It’s a very busy part of Hyderabad. If you’ve ever tried to navigate the roads here, you know what I mean. Our space is at 10-3-7/6. It’s not a very big office, just enough room for the desks and some storage. We spend most of our time here dealing with the day's tasks. The building itself sees a lot of foot traffic. There are many other small businesses in the complex. You hear doors opening and closing all day long. It can get quite hot in the afternoons, so we keep the windows shut against the dust. We usually bring lunch from home and eat together at the big table in the back. It’s a simple routine. We’ve been in this area for a while, so we know the shortcuts to avoid the worst of the traffic, though it doesn't always help. The walls are painted a plain off-white and there’s a clock that’s always five minutes fast. We never bother to fix it. It just feels like a normal, working-class spot. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the decor. We just want to get through the pile of work on our desks. It’s a steady pace most weeks. We have a small cupboard for our files that is overflowing a bit. Every few months we say we will organize it, but we never do.
