Sadhana Physiotherapy & Acupuncture Clinic

Sadhana Physiotherapy & Acupuncture Clinic is tucked away at 2-1-269 on Street No 14 in Nallakunta. We are right in the lane next to the State Bank of Mysore. It’s a bit of a quiet spot compared to the main road, which is nice when you’re trying to focus on healing. We have a mix of things going on here, from people doing their leg exercises to others getting acupuncture treatments with the small needles. The clinic isn't very large, so you get to know the people who come in pretty well. We have some mats on the floor and a couple of tables for the treatments. It feels more like a workshop for the body than a cold medical office. We don't wear those stiff white lab coats much; we like to keep it more relaxed so people don't feel nervous. You’ll hear the sound of people counting reps or the low hum of the machines we use. There’s always a bit of tea or water nearby if someone needs it. We get people who hurt themselves at work or just have a back that’s been acting up for years. It’s a simple setup where we use our hands and some basic tools to help folks move better. We don't put out ads or use big words. If someone's shoulder hurts, they walk in, and we see what we can do. It’s just how we run things here in Nalakunta.
