Saaan Avenues Llp

We are up on the 4th floor of Oasis Plaza in Boggulkunta. Our space covers rooms 404 and 405. It's a busy part of the Abids area, so there is always something going on outside. Saaan Avenues Llp has been running out of this office for a while now. We don't have a big corporate lobby or anything like that. It's just a couple of rooms where we keep our files and desks. The address is 4.1.898, which sounds complicated but it's just how the building is numbered. Finding a parking spot near Oasis Plaza can be a real headache some mornings, especially when the shops are opening up. We usually just get here early to avoid the mess. The building itself is older, but the lift works fine most of the time. Inside, it's pretty quiet despite the traffic noise from the main road. We are just a small team getting through our daily tasks. We don't really do the whole fancy office decor thing. We have some chairs, a few computers, and a kettle for tea. That is about it. It's a practical place to work and it suits us. Being in the heart of Hyderabad makes it easy to grab lunch or run errands. We like the energy of this neighborhood. It feels like a real part of the city. Just simple people doing their jobs here every day.
