We’ve been working out of our office at Plot No 42 & 43 in Gayathri Nagar for a good while now. It’s in the Allapur-Borabanda area. Hyderabad stays busy. Being near High Tech City means there is always traffic outside our windows, but we are used to the noise by now. We are tucked in right beside the Hari Hara Temple. You can often hear the bells if you are standing near the front door. Our day starts early with phone calls about materials and checking on different sites around the city. It’s not a fancy setup. We just have desks, rolled-up plans, and some dusty boots in the corner. Sometimes the tea guy from down the street comes by twice because we forget we already ordered. It’s a practical space. We get the actual engineering work done instead of sitting in meetings all day long. The walls have some marks from moving equipment around. The chairs are just the regular kind you find in any local office. Most of us have lived in Hyderabad for years. We know how the weather affects the building schedules and the ground. It gets hot in the afternoons. We keep the fans going and just keep working through the lists. People stop by to ask questions about their own plots, and we try to give them a straight answer. We don't like making things complicated. We are just local people doing our jobs here. The humidity is tough today.
