S Manohar

S Manohar is just a simple name for a simple operation here in Hyderabad. We’ve been based in the 500001 area for longer than I care to count. The streets around here are narrow and the parking is a nightmare, but we like it. There’s a certain rhythm to this part of the city that you don't find elsewhere. We don't have a big sign with bright lights. Most people find us because they’ve been coming here for years or someone told them about us. It’s a quiet place for the most part. We have a few desks, some old chairs that squeak when you sit down, and a lot of history in these walls. My morning starts with a quick check of what needs finishing from yesterday. There isn't any fancy software or big meetings. We just talk to each other and get the tasks sorted. Sometimes we take a long lunch when it’s slow, and other times we are working well into the evening. It’s not about being the biggest or the most famous name in town. It’s just about being reliable and being here when people expect us to be. We’ve seen the city change a lot around us, with new buildings going up and old ones coming down, but we’re still here doing the same thing we’ve always done. We plan to stay right here for as long as they let us keep the lease.
