S M B Hardware Mart

We are located at 4-2-302 on Mahankali Street in Old Bhoiguda. If you find the DTDC courier office, we are right nearby. S M B Hardware Mart isn’t a large store, but we cram a lot into this space. The street outside is usually lined with parked scooters and people moving goods back and forth. Inside the mart, it’s mostly just metal shelves and stacks of containers. It can get a bit dusty because of all the construction and movement in this part of town, but we try to keep things in order. We don’t have a big staff, just a couple of us who know where everything is kept. Most days involve a lot of lifting and moving heavy items for customers. We don't have a website or any of that fancy stuff; we just deal with people face-to-face. The neighborhood of Old Bhoiguda is a busy place to be, and there’s always something going on outside our door. Sometimes we sit on the stools at the front when things are slow and watch the traffic go by. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We know our regulars by name, and they know they can just drop in without any fuss. We just keep doing what we’ve been doing for years, providing hardware to whoever needs it in this corner of the city, and we make sure to lock up tight before the sun goes down every evening so we can get home and rest up for tomorrow.
