S. K. Imports & Exports is located in the Feelkhana area, right inside the Ambica Complex. Our specific unit number is 15-8-418/2. We are situated pretty close to the Hari Krishna Complex, which is a good way to find us if you happen to get lost in the streets. Feelkhana is a very bustling part of town with a lot of trade and commerce happening every day. Our office inside the Ambica Complex is where all the import and export business actually takes place. Most of our day is spent logging entries, checking on shipping containers, and handling the necessary paperwork. We have been at this same location for several years now. The office is usually full of thick ledgers and old files stacked up. We do not go for that modern minimalist look that some newer companies like. Instead, we have shelves filled with papers and samples that we have collected from different places over time. It can feel a bit like a maze in here sometimes. We are not a giant multinational corporation; we are just a local team of people handling international trade. We know the customs rules and the various shipping routes quite well. It is hard work but it definitely keeps us on our toes. The building itself is always busy with other small businesses, so there is always a lot of energy and noise around us. We drink a lot of tea while we wait for phone calls to come in from different time zones. We do not use any fancy marketing talk or polished language. We just tell it like it is to our clients. If a shipment is delayed for some reason, we say so. We just try to keep things moving as best as we can from our spot in Feelkhana.
