Rvk Consultant Engineers And Architects operates out of Romana Plaza in Himayat Nagar. We are on Street No 12, right near the Honda Showroom and opposite Hotel Balaji Residency. It’s a busy intersection, especially being beside the Narayanguda bus stop. You can always hear the traffic from our windows. We are a group of engineers and architects who have been working together for a while. The office stays pretty busy with people coming in to check on their building plans. We don't have a lot of decorative stuff on the walls, just maps and project schedules. It’s a working office. We handle the technical side of building things. That means a lot of paperwork and checking local regulations. It can be a headache, but we’re used to it. We know the Himayat Nagar area very well. Sometimes we go over to the hotel across the street for tea when we need a break from the monitors. We don't try to sound like a big international firm. We’re just local guys who know how to get a structure designed and approved. The space is a bit cramped with all the files, but it works for us. We just take one project at a time and try to get the details right. It’s steady work and we’ve been at it long enough to know the common problems that pop up during construction in this city.
