Roshni Microsystems Pvt Ltd is located in Hyderabad, at H. No:-1-6212/64/37 in the MCH Colony of Parsigutta. It’s a residential colony area, so it’s not like those big IT parks you see in other parts of the city. We work on microsystems and small-scale electronics. It is a very detailed kind of work that requires us to stay focused for long hours. The office is tucked away in the EWS-II-37 West section. We have been here for a while and we like the quiet of the colony compared to the main city roads. We are just a group of people who are good with hardware and systems. There are no fancy suits or long meetings here. We usually just have a cup of coffee and get straight to the circuit boards or whatever project is on the desk. Parsigutta is a nice place to work because it feels more like a community. We know the people living around our office. We don't do much in the way of advertising because we have our regular work and people find us when they need technical help. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or parts being delayed, but that is just how it goes. We don't make a big deal out of things. We just do our work and go home to our families. It’s a solid, local way to run a tech business.
