RERA Registration

Our office is at 10/2, NTR Marg, right near the Central Secretariat. We are located in the DLF IT Park area, close to the Public Garden. It’s a very formal part of Hyderabad because of all the government buildings nearby. We handle RERA registration work, which means we spend a lot of time with forms and government regulations. It’s not the most exciting work for everyone, but someone has to do it. The office is simple and functional. We have filing cabinets everywhere because there’s so much documentation involved in what we do. Being near the Public Garden is nice for a quick walk when we need a break from looking at papers. We aren't a big law firm or anything like that. We just understand the process and help people get their registrations sorted out. The building we are in is decent, and we’ve made the space our own. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or decorations. Most of our visitors are people who just want to get their paperwork finished without a lot of trouble. We try to be helpful and explain things in plain English. Sometimes the rules change, and we have to spend the whole weekend reading new manuals. It’s part of the job. We keep a lot of pens around because people are always losing theirs when they come in to sign things. The sunlight hits the office nicely in the morning. It's quiet, it's organized, and it works for us.
