It’s a regular residential colony and our office is right there in one of the houses. West Parsigutta is a busy part of Hyderabad but our little corner in Mch Colony stays relatively calm. We do engineering work related to infocomm services from here. It’s a lot of technical stuff but we keep the office atmosphere very relaxed and informal. We aren't big on suits or formal meetings. Most of us just wear regular clothes and get to work. The building is a standard EWS type, so it’s not very large. We make use of every bit of space we have for our desks and equipment. We like being part of a real neighborhood instead of a sterile office park. It makes the workday feel more normal. We have a routine that works for us and we just stick to it. Sometimes the neighbors come by to chat, which is fine. We just handle the engineering tasks as they come in. It’s a straightforward operation without any big frills. We just try to do our bit here in Hyderabad.
