We are located over in Srinivasanagar, specifically at 11-3-384/2/38. It’s a bit of a residential area mixed with some small businesses, so it’s quieter than being right in the middle of the city. As thermal engineers, we deal with technical stuff related to heat and machinery, but we try not to make it sound more complicated than it is. The office is basically a front room with some blueprints, a few computers, and a lot of pens. When we are in the middle of a big project, things get a bit messy. This started as a small private company and we’ve kept it that way. Because we don't have a big HR department or a receptionist out front, whoever is closest to the phone just picks it up. The neighbors know us, and we are on good terms with the guys at the local tea shop down the road. Sometimes site visits are necessary to look at equipment, which leaves the office empty for a few hours. We don’t really bother with fancy uniforms or anything corporate. Instead, we just wear what’s comfortable for a long day of work. Srinivasanagar is a decent place to be based. It feels more like a community than a business park. Our focus is on getting the engineering work done right so we don't have to go back and fix it later. It is steady work that keeps us busy.
