We are over in SR Nagar in Hyderabad. Our office is Flat no-501 in Grande Towers. It is a busy part of the city. You know how Hyderabad is, always something moving and cars everywhere. At Rato Communications Electronics Pvt Ltd, we deal with a lot of different tech stuff. Being on the fifth floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are looking at our screens or talking on the phones. K. Amara Jyothi is the name on the door usually. It is not a place with a lot of decorations. We have our equipment and our desks and that is about it. The elevators in Grande Towers can be slow during lunch time, so we usually just bring our own food or wait a bit. We spend our hours coordinating things and making sure the communication lines are open. It is a practical job. We don't have any slogans or catchy phrases. We just try to answer the calls and fix the electronic issues that come our way. SR Nagar has a lot of energy and we are glad to be part of it. It feels good to be in the middle of a working neighborhood. We just keep our heads down and do the tasks for the day. That is how we operate here in the city.
