RAPID GROWTH BUSINESS CONSULTING PRIVATE LIMITED is located over in Mani Enclave in Yapral. It’s a pretty quiet area compared to the city center, which we actually prefer for getting things done. The name of the company sounds a bit intense, but really we’re just a group of people who know how to look at a business and see where things are falling apart. We work out of Plot 81. It’s a regular office, nothing like those glass buildings you see in Hitech City with the fancy cafes. We talk to small business owners mostly. They come to us when they feel stuck or like they can’t get to the next level. We don't use big fancy words or try to act like we know everything there is to know. We just look at the numbers and the daily workflow. Sometimes the advice we give is simple, like changing a schedule, and sometimes it's much harder to hear. We’ve been in Hyderabad for a long time. Yapral is a nice place to work because it’s not as chaotic as the rest of the city. We have a small kitchen area where we make our own lunch most days. Most of our day is spent in meetings or just staring at the computer screen. We aren't trying to be the biggest firm around. We just want to help the folks who come through our door. It’s a lot of listening, really. You learn more by listening than talking all the time.
